Friyay!

Happy Friday, friends! Oh and happy April! The weekend has (somewhat) arrived! Hoorah! As stated in my last post, I ventured to Connecticut to visit Hannah today. Well, actually we had a slumber party and I drove up yesterday night. I got to spend some time with Julianna which was beautiful. The thing about being remote that is the most unfortunate is that I don't have the opportunity to see sisters as much as I would like to. It's one thing being on Zoom or FaceTime or any other platform, but I just miss being in person with the sisters :( I shall be back next semester though!!

Here are some eventful things I did this week that I think are worthy of your precious time:

- I applied for a summer internship! Yay! (P.S. thank you Natalie for reading my resume and cover letter, you are a real homie)

- I got my tax return money back! I am now less broke!

- I purchased Warmies (they are like little stuffed animals that smell like lavender and you can heat them or cool them) and they came in the mail!! They are so darn cute... I got a lil giraffe, elephant, and two hugging dinosaurs in addition to some for friends and family.

- I got my first dose of the vaccine yesterday! One step closer to normalcy (I hope)

- I got to see my aunt for the first time in a while and I get to see some of my family for Easter this coming Sunday!

I think that is all I got for now....
